Brush Review: Marionnaud N38 Eyes

This post will be concentrating on brush. It will be my second post about cosmetics brush, the first was here (Gosh Stippling brush). I just wanted to inform you guys that I am not a cosmetic-brush addict, or in other words, I don't usually use brush in applying make-up. Why?

 Here's the reason why:

1. I don't have a complete set of make-up brushes.
2. I find it time consuming.
3. I am not really fan of cosmetic brush.
4. Majority of make-up brushes with good qualities are too expensive (that's for me).
5. For a thrifty person like me, blending with the use of my fingers will surely do the JOB!

But wait, after reading a lot of blog posts from famous bloggers out there, they somehow change my belief when it comes to make-up brushes. They said that your eyebrows will look natural when applying eyepencil / eyebrow powder with the  use of spool and slanted brush. That's why, I decided to give it a try.

But then I discovered this affordable Slanted Eyeline and Eyebrows double side brush from Marionnaud, which I bought from Watson's.

Prize: P49.00 on Sale (Originally at P59.75)
Where: Watson's Outlet

Here's how it looks like:

IT WAS MADE OF SYNTHETIC BRUSH.
BELIEVE IT OR NOT, IT WAS MADE IN CHINA.
SORRY FOR THIS BLURRED PICTURE, IT HAS THE SLANTED BRUSH ON THE LEFT SIDE, AND THE SPOOLIE ON THE OTHER SIDE. 2-IN-1 Brush!
I REALLY LOVE THE PRINT ON THE BRUSH.
Oha, would  you think that it cost around P50?? Mukang chala di ba?
THE SPOOLIE.
I use this in grooming my brows and separating my eyelashes after applying mascara!
And here's the slanted brush.
I super love this slanted brush, makes it easier for me to create the winged line! Yes, the Cat-eye!

Here's how I do my cat-eye with Marionnaud N38 Brush, and that's how my brows looks like after grooming it with the spoolie.

So there you have it!

The Verdict?
I recommend this brush to anyone specially to those kuripot like me! hehe
It really does the job!
I am giving it a rate of 8 / 10! Super affordable pa plus it didn't bleed when you wash it!

How bout you lovelies have you tried any of the Marionnaud's brush?
Lemme know through comments!

Thanks for reading,
JENNY

  1. I've been drooling over these brushes in Watsons for quite some time now. I kept myself from buying them because I already have a complete set from Dollface. But I think I'll give it a try after reading this review.
