Milani High Shine Lipgloss in 20 Diamonds

I am happy because I can now update my blog and make a new post every 2 days. It seems like an achievement for me. Thanks to all the new stuff that I bought recently and to all those freebies and gifts that I've received, I have now pending post on my drafts.

So this review is all about the Milani Lipgloss that I've got from TBJ Meet and Greet last June.

Ang sosyal lang ng peg no?

This is in clear gloss with shimmers / glitters. That's why it was named as 20 Diamonds.

Just like with the other lipgloss it comes with the sponge tip applicatior.

You might get notice that the lipgloss looks like pinkish. Nagkastained lang kasi sya, I use this kasi after I applied lipstick.

So here's how the lipgloss looks like:

Now you know the reason why is it called as 20 Diamonds. Parang dinurog yung isang diamond at nilagay yung crust nya sa lipgloss kaya may shimmer ka na!

When use on top of lipstick:

With Revlon Matte Lipstick .

My upper lip has no lipgloss.

When applied all over the lips, the shimmers don't look o.a naman. So okay na okay sya gamitin on top of your lipstick. It really makes your lips luscious and adds plump on your lips.

On top of Nyx Louisiana

Good Points:

- Affordable

- It makes your lips shiny

- Makes your lips luscious

- It plumps your lips

- It does not taste like soap

Bad Points:

- Not long lasting

- It makes your lips dry after 2-3 hours

- It's hard to get the product out of the tube

- Availabilty (usually it can only be purchase online or on selected imported makeup stores)

Recommendation:

Thou I am not a lipgloss lover, I still recommend this to those who wants to have luscious looking lips. But much better if you'll save this during special occasions since it has thick and heavy texture. It's quiet drying on lips so it is not advisable for everyday use, well that's my own opinion. Hindi sya masyadong pasok as "PrettyThriftyThing" for me. (Naks, yun na ang bagong category ko kung approved or disapproved and isang certain product for thrifty person like me.)

Myra-E Tinted Moisturizer in Beige

So here's another review about Myra-E Tinted Moisturizer in Beige.

I just wanted to warn you guys, you will see a horrible face later on.

Yes for the sake of blogging and for this product review, I am brave enough to show to you how ugly I am without wearing makeup.

So here we go:

Shade : Beige

 Content : 35ML

The Myra-E Tinted moisturizer comes with only two shades: Beige (medium skin) and Ivory (light skin).

 Myra-E Vitaglow Tinted Moisturizer with Minerals and SPF 15.

This is Vitamin E Enriched for healthy, glowing and younger looking skin.

Hypo-allergenic dermatologist tested.

Benefits:

It has 6 big benefits:

1. Moisturizer
2. Makeup Base
3. Minerals
4. Sunscreen
5. Concealer
6. Vitamin E

How to use:

I usually use this as a base or as liquid foundation whenever I wanted to go for light coverage.

Keep in mind that it does not cover the blemishes well. If you wanted to use concealer, use it prior to this.

Warnings:

Best thing to use as applicator is your Fingers. Or if you feel unhygienic you can use your favorite stippling brush.

Swatches on backhand:

 It has a watery substance so be careful when getting the product out of the tube. Shake it well before using so the shimmers will blend with the moisturizer. The reason why it has shimmers is because it has minerals. But fret not because it does not look glittery and reflective on pictures as you will see on the below pics of mine.

 The beige has pink undertone.

On my face:

( I already warned you guys ha? Horrible face ahead)

 My bare face. Lots of acne marks. Say hi to my horrible pes!

 Ngayon alam nyo na kung bakit ako makeup lover? hahaha

Ample amount is enough for my half of my face.

 I used my fingers to blend it on my skin.

With Myra-E 

You can notice that it has sheer coverage. Be careful if you are about to make 2 layers of it. It tends to look cakey and it does not improve its coverage.

 Nahihiya talaga akong ipost tong mukha na to', pero for the sake of blogging, sige na nga!

 Taken with flash. Somehow it is good naman di ba? I mean the product not the pes. I think it will work specially to those who have acne-free face. If you are not the type of person who does not want to pile up with foundation you can use this instead.

I enlarged the picture so you can see the difference. At least kahit papano mejo nacover naman nya yung acne marks ng mga 20%.

Good Points:

- Affordable

- A little goes a long way.

I bought this last December, so I have this for 7 months and I still have 30% of the product.

- Versatile, kasi it can be use as makeup base, foundation, body shimmer.

Tip: My an ample amount with your favorite lotion, apply it on your legs and VIOLA, instant shiny legs!

- Does not break me out.

- No weird scent

- It stayed 4-6 hours

Bad Points:

- Shades availability

- Coverage

Recommendation:

Overall, this product is highly recommended to everyone! To those gals who does not want  thick and heavy foundation you will definitely like this product. This is best use during summer. But you can still use this during rainy season since it has SPF 15. Always remember that even if Haring Araw is not always around during the day, wearing moisturizers with SPF is a must!

So there you go. I hope that you find it helpful if you are planning to try the Myra-E tinted moisturizer. And I do hope that this review will be worth it since I sacrifice my ugly face for the sake of product reviewing. hehe

Here's a review about Careline Eyeshadow Powder in Vanilla.

I used to have this last 2010. So it's been with me for more than 2 years.

I am not sure if it still available though I do believe that it now comes with the trio eyeshadow..

So let's talk about this product:

Where: Watsons

I really like the packaging of the product kasi it does not make any fallout. 

 it has its own applicator.

 You just have to pinch the two sides to open it.

 Here's how it looks like.

It's been 2 years na pero still the product did not change.

Good points:

- Affordable :)

- Easy to use

- Pigmented

- Can be use in oh so many ways like:

Base

Highlighter on:

Cheekbone

Cupid's bow lips

Browbone

Body shimmer

Nose

- You get a lot of product despite of it's cheap price.

Bad Points:

None.
